Yeast Rolls

put in a bread machine in this order-

1 cup warm water
3 T butter
1 egg (room temp)
1 t salt
1/4 C sugar
3 1/2 C flour

make a little well in the middle for the yeast

2 1/4 t active dry yeast

choose the dough setting

preheat oven to 400 degrees

put the cookie sheet on top of the stove & cover with a dish towel

let rise until an indentation stays after touching
