Just because these are a million percent better than store bought pie shells & cost just pennies to make doesn’t mean they aren’t very easy!

 
 

Blend in a (cold) food processor until it is a coarse meal


Sprinkle in a bit of ice water with your finger tips until it makes a ball


Roll half of it out w/ a bit of flour


Put in pie tin or roll flat & refrigerate or freeze


This recipe yields 2 pie crusts

2 1/4 c flour

3/4 t salt

1 3/4 sticks butter
